Carl Demander has 8th-Generation ties to Clover Nook Farm in Bethany, CT and still resides locally. When he’s not practicing real estate you can probably find him on the farm lending a hand or tossing the frisbee to Sadie. He also spends time golfing, skiing, running, and trying to perfect his BBQ skills.

A lifelong resident of Connecticut, to say Carl loves living in New England is an understatement.

After graduating from Amity High School, Carl attended college at the University of Delaware where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Resource Economics.

In 2019 he decided to get his real estate license and make it his career without looking back. He fell in love with the work and servicing his clients to the best of his ability, which in turn created relationships that he cherishes.

When he’s not working Carl enjoys golf, skiing, running, reading and cooking outside.
